Seminar Schedule

Trainee MPHRG Presentations

MPath Trainees present annual seminars at the regular monthly meetings of the Microbial Pathogenesis & Host Responses Group. They also present their research in the student seminar series designed for the trainee's graduate program, MMI 901/Bact 731 for MDTP. For their participation in MMI 900: Journal Club in Microbial Pathogenesis & Host Responses, trainees orally review topical papers unrelated to the focus of their own studies, but still within the realm of microbial sciences.

Invited Speakers

Actively supported MPath Trainees have the opportunity to select and host up to two outside speakers each year. These speakers are integrated into one of two existing and topically appropriate seminar series, the MMI 900 Journal Club or the Bacteriology Colloquium. Luncheons are held after these seminars to provide an opportunity for informal discussion with all students and postdocs.
